Our static caravans offer great value self-catering accommodation close to Edinburgh.

They are stylish, practical, modern and best of all; available year round!

Your holiday dates need to work around your schedule which is why we offer you flexibility to check in any day of the week.

Choose a four or six berth option depending on your needs.  All  have an en-suite toilet in the master bedroom and the  main bathrooms have spacious showers, making holidays with young children a breeze.

Your beds will be made up on arrival with a bath and hand towel for every guest.  Cots and high chairs are free to borrow and if you’re bringing a dog, some units accept pets and all we ask for is a small fee to cover the extra cleaning involved.

All of our vans have modern energy efficient central heating systems and come fully furnished with a digital TV.
