Alastair and Katie are the second-generation of the Guinan family to run Linwater. They live on site with their young family who can often be seen ‘assisting ‘ the rest of the team with their duties! You will find Alastair driving or operating some kind of machine most days he is on site with Katie squirreled away in the back office turning the Linwater cogs behind the scenes.
Their dedication and passion for the park is evident in every detail, from the meticulously maintained grounds, individually designed amenity block and warm welcoming atmosphere that greets each visitor.
Ellie and Jeff have been part of the Linwater team since 2022. After starting as wardens, they’ve grown into their roles for as Park Managers, bringing a great mix of creativity and hands-on skills. Ellie adds flair to our marketing strategy and social media, while Jeff keeps everything running smoothly around the park. Together, they’re passionate about making every guest feel welcome.
We’re delighted to have Laura as part of the Linwater team! Originally joining us as our Winter Warden, she’ll now be staying on through Summer 2026.
She arrived in her beautifully converted Luton van (complete with stunning woodwork!) and has already brought plenty of warmth and personality to the park. By her side is Angus, her lovely Romanian rescue terrier-cross, who’s been busy winning hearts too.
Joining us in April 2025, Emma and Brent are the latest friendly faces to become part of the Linwater Caravan Park team for the summer season. With a passion for travel and the great outdoors, they bring a warm and adventurous spirit to the park.
When the season wraps up, they’ll be hitting the road in their trusty campervan, Barnabus, as they set off to explore the world! Until then, we’re lucky to have them here helping guests enjoy a smooth, relaxing stay. Whether it’s assisting with day-to-day tasks or sharing a story from the road, Emma and Brent are always happy to help with a smile.
Susi joined the Linwater team in May 2026, working alongside Laura as our Indoor Warden. Bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role at another park, Susi is friendly, approachable, and always happy to help ensure guests have a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.
Liz has been working at Linwater for three seasons, having recently taken early retirement from her career when she was diagnosed with what was thought to be terminal breast cancer. This amazing and brave lady is always the life and soul of the workplace, loves a laugh and is usually talking about her most recent holiday or the one which she is shortly to depart on!
