At Linwater, we welcome all kinds of holidaymakers:

All of our pitches are spacious, pet-friendly, and well-maintained year-round.

What Are the Check-In and Check-Out Times?

Possibly one of our most frequent FAQs is regarding our check-in and out times.

  • Touring & camping:
    • Check-in: from 12pm – 6pm*
    • Check-out: by 12 noon
  • Self-catering lodges & static caravans:
    • Check-in: from 4pm – 9pm
    • Check-out: by 10am

To ensure the comfort of all guests and to keep our cleaning standards high, we do not offer late check outs in our self catering accommodation.

*We can extend our touring and camping check in up to 9pm, if previously arranged.

Is Linwater Pet-Friendly?

Absolutely! We’re proud to be a dog-friendly caravan park. When you arrive for our self catering accommodation, your furry friend will receive a warm welcome with our doggy welcome pack.

There are also plenty of dog-walking routes in and around the park, including access to scenic trails and open fields.

*Please remember to keep dogs on a lead in shared areas and clean up after them to help us keep the park beautiful for all guests.*

Are There On-Site Facilities?

Yes – everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay:

  • Modern heated shower block with toilets, hot showers, and family/accessible facilities
  • Laundry room with washers and dryers
  • Camping Kitchen – Well equipped camping kitchen including appliances such as induction hobs, air fryer, kettle, microwave and toaster
  • Dishwashing area – Inside in the camping kitchen as well as an outdoor dishwashing area
  • Children’s play park
  • Reception & shop stocking camping essentials, ice cream, milk and more
  • Free Wi-Fi available in the camping kitchen

Please note that all of our facilities, including waste disposal, water refill and showers are exclusively for use of guests who have paid to stay at Linwater. We do not accept waste, water refills or facility usage for a reduced rate to people who are not staying on site.
