We have stayed before as daughter and grandson live nearby and like the flexibility of self catering and being close to them. The holiday caravans we have used are great, clean and well equipped. We try to get the pet-free ones as we don't have pets and like the ability to choose. Friendly and helpful staff.

The facilities at Linwater were the best we have encountered at a campsite. The toilets/ showers immaculate and warm it very cold weather. The pitch was a great space and you didn't feel you were surrounded. The chemical disposal was also the best we have encountered for ease and cleanliness.

Great campsite will be back! Friendly wardens Lovely clean campsite close to beautiful walks, the wardens were the friendliest we've ever came across went above and beyond to give my cockapoo one of their own pooches toys as I forgot to bring one, she had the gedt time taking the squeek out bonus there was 2! Spotless campsite will definitely be returning thank you gerry and partner keep being you wish there was more like you!

We stayed at Linwater caravan park on our arrival in Scotland and prior to our departure. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags while we cycled around Scotland. The toilets were among the most modern and cleanest of our stay in Scotland. With very nice showers. The pitches for the campers are perfect, spacious. And I would like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Overnight stay taken in a Motorhome. Wonderful facilities new, clean and makes you feel comfortable. Place is positioned well for local walks - which are in the leaflet you get with your plot number. Would be ideal for a longer stay. When I was there it was quiet in spite of most of the pitches taken... Will definitely come back.
